CATTIVO: Oatmeal Stout

5.0% ABV

Enjoy this oatmeal stout during the coldest days of winter. It has flavors and aromas of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and sweet malt balanced with a creamy mouthfeel from oats.

LOWSIDE: Witbier

4.8% ABV

A classic Belgian style Witbier brewed with oats, wheat, coriander, and orange peel.

ENDLICH: Munich Dunkel Lager

APE HANGER - MOSAIC/NELSON: IPA New England

5.0% ABV

Ape Hanger is our hazy pale ale that uses rotating hops on every release. This version uses Nelson and Mosaic for intense tropical fruit, white wine, and melon aromas and flavors

GIXXER - BLUEBERRY LIME SMOOTHIE: Sour Fruited

4.2% ABV

This is the first beer in our Smoothie Sour beer line! We took a sour blonde base beer and added 1.5 pounds/gallon of real fruit after fermentation. This release uses blueberries, blackberries, and key lime. Be on the lookout of our next release soon with all new fruits!

4.0% ABV

Steam beer fermented with weizen yeast.

WILD ONE: Dry Hopped Blonde Ale

3.5% ABV

Blonde Ale lightly dry hopped with Willamette to create an earthy, woody aroma to compliment the malt base.

AUTUMN HAZE: Hazy Pale Ale

4.0% ABV

Tropical, Citrus, Hazy

SPORSTER: Session IPA

4.0% ABV

A session IPA that is a take on a classic West Coast Style IPA. It has a big grapefruit and orange citrus aroma and flavor due to the generous amounts of Cascade, Citra, and Summit hops used. The assertive bitterness is balanced by a touch of malty, caramel sweetness.

4.0% ABV

LEHI LIGHT: Brut Lager

4.2% ABV

This brut lager is bone dry, crisp, and refreshing.

HIGHSIDE: American Wheat

4.0% ABV

This is our take on an American Wheat beer. It is incredibly easy drinking with a touch creaminess from the wheat. We finish the beer with Cascade hops to give it a slight citrus, almost orange-like, aroma and flavor.

FLATHEAD: American Lager

4.0% ABV

An American Helles lager brewed with Idaho barley and American noble-like hops that create a moderate malt flavor and light hop character. Crisp, clean, and well balanced.

Hardtail - Tiger's Blood: Hard Seltzer

5.0% ABV

Our hard seltzer is clean and refreshing. This iteration took inspiration from snow cones and uses Tiger's Blood flavoring which is coconut, watermelon, and strawberry.

GIXXER - BLUEBERRY LIME SMOOTHIE: Sour Fruited

4.2% ABV

FRANK: Schwarzbier

4.9% ABV

A true Schwarzbier should never be fully black so ours is very dark brown with ruby highlights and gives hints of cocoa, espresso, and slight roast. It has a robust maltiness that is kept in check by the bitterness and dry finish that lends to its drinkability.

WINTER CHAOS: Spiced Herb Beer

5.0% ABV

This amber lager had ginger, cinnamon,nutmeg, cloves, and sweet orange peel added to the fermenter to give a warm aroma reminiscent of cookies and a familiar holiday spice flavor. Generous amounts of caramel malt was used to enhance the sweetness and better balance the spices while also creating a red hue.

MYSTERIE: Dry hopped Belgian Blonde

5.0% ABV

This is a hybrid Belgian beer that was made with a traditional Belgian yeast and dry hopped with New Zealand hops, Pacific Jade and Wakatu. The yeast driven aromatics of pepper, banana, and apricot are still present with lime, citrus, and herbal notes contributed by the hops.

STOPPIE: Juicy Pale Ale

4.0% ABV

A juicy pale ale with Mandarina Bavaria, Cascade, Mosaic, Huell Melon, and Centennial hops that give tangerine and tropical flavors and aromas.

BOBBER: English Bitter (Nitro)

4.0% ABV
